Karina González Evans, MPH, CFNC is a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner certified through the Functional Nutrition Alliance’s Full Body Systems program. Her passion for holistic and functional approaches began in 2014, when her youngest child was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, AuDHD, and autonomic nervous system dysfunction that led to wheelchair dependence, a feeding tube, and later total parenteral nutrition.
Through a combination of holistic and integrative therapies — and a renewed approach to nutrition — her child is now thriving. This experience shaped Karina’s belief in addressing the whole person and understanding how genetics, environment, lifestyle, and nutrition interact to influence overall health.
Karina brings compassion, empathy, and encouragement to every client relationship. Her goal is to work in therapeutic partnership with clients — offering hope, support, and practical guidance as they move toward healing and empowerment. Outside of her work, Karina enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and furry companions, and being outdoors.
